I sit on the Board of a 30 unit building in Hoboken. We had the task of handling a complex exterior project. Our engineered recommended several contractors including IRCS. The project involved a new roof, parapet,Windows, doors , 30 hvacs etc. IRCS handled the entire project and although there were some complications which were exacerbated by covid , overall the project went very well. Mark Tortoriello was extremely responsive and communicated in a timely manner. Highly recommend !
