I highly recommend this inspections company for anyone looking at a home purchase in the area. They were incredibly detailed and knowledgeable across all aspects of the home. Their report was very thorough and easy for the sellers to follow in terms of recommended remediation actions. Report included photos of all key parts of the home to easily see the issues noted. I was not able to be present, but we had a live video call at the end of the inspection to talk through the most major findings.
