​I am writing this preliminary review to highlight our great experience with Integrated Home Energy’s sales process. Great Sales Experience with Aquib and Jazba— Installation Pending Aquib has been a pleasure to work with—he’s incredibly communicative, fast to respond, and really knows his stuff. ​The journey so far has been seamless. We are now waiting on the installation phase and look forward to dropping a follow-up update here once the panels are on the roof!

Aquib and Jaazba have been great to work with. They provided the most thorough quote and were able to answer all of my questions and set up the site visit quickly. They walked me through how everything would work, and how much I could save by adding solar panels. They've made it really easy!

Ground mount install. The process went smoothly. Very happy customer would highly recommend their services. Thorough and fast communications; no questions went unanswered. 3 year update: net metering out nearly every month. Panels doing great, production as expected. On pace for a roughly 10 year break even with net metering, saved electricity costs and SRECs. Wifi card in controller died but was promptly replaced under warranty. So far so good.

After a year with the Enphase system (panels and batteries), I am still very impressed with the output and app for the batteries, in an area where we have frequent electrical outages. V. happy with installers and system. Have a 10-year-old Tesla system with more panels, yet the Enphase system delivers at least 35% more power.

Currently having the most frustrating experience with this company. These reviews are clearly paid for. If you look every single one is a 5... They have been dragging this along sense October its now the end of April. They said they needed to trench for the electrical and they just came back today with the inspector saying that it doesn't pass inspection because you can't trench a flood plane.
