It's a company trying to use the rebates that are available through the state and other avenues to try to promote getting your business and then upsell you. Would be good for the person who already has a completed project looking to add Extra insulation to their own house. Not good for new construction or Ceilings that do not have access such as vaulted Or sealed Ceilings or walls.

Called and asked for an insulation assessment, they never called back to set up a time...
