We originally purchased our undercabinet LED lighting system in Apr 2015. Outstanding customer service and product at that time. 10 years later a short developed in one of the strips. In Sept 2025 we took the strip (along with invoice) back to their store. They repaired and returned the strip to us in 15 minutes. Again, outstanding customer service. The work was done at no charge.
