I agree with others who recently posted their feedback. Even though opting for a complete 5 stage inspection, the inspector barely showed up and despite of constant emails, i barely got any response. i had to find even the basic issues and had to take it up with the construction company. I am completely dissatisfied. There have been a multitude of discrepancies in the inspection report for my recently purchased home. The inaccurate information that’s resulted in thousands of dollars of repairs that will come out of my own pocket. I highly recommend you go with a different company.

Update - Yesterday (12 days after posting this review), I finally received the partial refund, along with a letter of explanation that some of the items were out of scope according to industry standards, and that other things could have happened between the time of inspection & sale.
