These people sold Sunnova solar panels with a 25 year contract to two people in their 70s who were both deaf in one in ear, and both had cancer. Both were dead within 3 years. None of the family lives in the DFW area and the beneficiaries wanted to sell the house. Unfortunately I’m the executor and the contract these people got two sick, elderly people to sign includes a line saying that death does not end the contract, I am convinced that they target vulnerable people. I caution people to watch

Good evening! All the bad reviews are TRUE! They show up at your door and tell what you want to hear to convince you and purchase the solar panels, turn them sales people away especially Bryan, he went MIA after we closed on our project with installing the panels, all misleading information, my biggest regret to have work with this company! I still have a light bill which come to find out after 6 months later we needed more panels, do not fall for their scam!

Terrible terrible terrible the guys that came and started the process said they would help anyway they can through the whole process once the panels were installed they went M.I.A. I have been reaching out for months with an issue and they just ignore me

is the biggest scam you can possibly imagine ,i have to hire a lawyer to handle this ,never work at all ,few months on and he was over . i have the panel on the side of my house ,i remove it because he never work outside of 3/ 4 months . is a scam you need to believe me . i ask them or trap there materials still waiting on it there have destroy my all roof ,plus i was paying way less before with anormal electric company ,i get back back to a normal electric company and still paid cheaper ,do not

Bankrupted and ghosted their customers. If you call the number attached to this search you will be treated to what I can only assume is some kind of sick joke. There is a hold song that plays where the singer sings about being on hold and how it will never end. We currently have 19 out of 25 panels not producing power because they have disappeared, leaving us to keep paying for panels that don't currently work. Our "lifetime" warranty and maintenance was through them. Run away RUN FAR AWAY.

They're very misleading with the information regarding the tax credit for panels; resulting to my monthly payments increasing. And it's impossible to get in touch with them without leaving a review if any assistance is needed. And I'm not convinced that will work.

This company is bad business. Sold me a system that guaranteed me savings and I’ve been paying more money than before when I didn’t have Solar. Plus the salesman or any company representative will not answer or respond to any of our questions.
