We had an emergency waterline failure in the walls of our house and the plumber recommended (IRS) Independent Restoration Services we were absolutely impressed with their employees and their work was very professional!!! Great company!!! I recommend them at 10 stars out of five.

Zeke and his staff answered the bell immediately. I had a water line break next to my house over night and was flooding into the house by morning. They were there in less than an hour, accessed the damage, acted quickly and saved me thousands of dollars. 5 stars isn't enough praise for this company.

He informed me of every step as taking pictures along the way to show me how things were progressing. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a plumbing/flooding issue with my sprinkler system reserve and had no idea what to do. They were here within an hour after I called and started remediating the issue. I worked with Daniel in sales, and Billy and Brandon who came in and fixed the issue. All three were amazing! Zeke and team did a wonderful job. Addressed all our concerns when we moved back home and found our laundry room and bathroom covered in mold. He was communicative and informative. Walked us through everything he was doing. His customer service is top notch and most importantly he shows up! Highly recommend!
