2026 update Technician set both garage doors on same spring weight instead of measuring each door individually. Repairs only lasted 4 months & then had to come back. I was told on phone it would be a $50 fee, then the technician arrived & said it would $150 safety inspection fee even though it was faulty work from their tech. I will not do business with this company again nor would I ever recommend anyone use them. Appears they repair stuff to break again instead of repairing it to actually

My Garage door cable snapped when I opened the garage to take my son to school… Couldn’t got out! Called Imperial overhead garage door and they had a tech out to my house in 15m!! That isn’t normal he happened to be close! They repaired the garage and made it work better than when the house was new! Garage performs perfectly! Quiet and smooth! I will always call Imperial for all our garage work! Can’t Thank Them Enough!
