I had a highly disappointing experience with IMG-NA. From the outset, the company suffers from poor management decision making is inconsistent, communication is disorganized, and there seems to be no clear vision or leadership. The design group is equally underwhelming. Projects often feel rushed, lack creativity, and fail to meet even basic design standards. The engineering group fares no better, with work that is sloppy, error-prone, and frequently requiring rework due to avoidable mistakes.
