Scheduling stayed organized the entire time, which honestly surprised me. Every appointment happened close to schedule and updates were consistent. The lower electric bill has been a huge bonus already.

Illumen installed an expansion to my solar panels, an integrated Franklin battery system and two EV charging stations. The Franklin a-gates are performing perfectly and the system is well balanced between supply and demand across two separate subpanels. So far, I have not received a bill from ComEd since July as the solar power and batteries typically cover all of my electricity needs per day. I presume that is because my bill was NEGATIVE!!
