Our original encounter with IGS earlier this year was very positive. The same can be said for this one, The tech with whom we spoke was very clear and concise and answered my questions in the same manner.

It was easy to switch to IGS energy. They promised me that I would save money but could not provide a bottom line cost per KWH on my total bill. There is a cancellation clause that will not charge me any fees to cancel so I will monitor the bottom line cost of my electric bill for a few months to see if I save any money versus what I am paying for a KWH over the last 6 months. If I am saving I will continue but will cancel if my costs per KWH goes up!
