Horrible inspector claimed our att ic was not up to code we do not even have an attic. Claimed our screen door inoperable. Again false report. Ding us for a small debt in awning. Very small. Home inspection from previous inspections never were so vague about findings. This guy should never be allowed to do an inspection again
