I unfortunately had a flood in my basement after sump pump failure. I was able to schedule service with ICON very easily. Dakota was my technician and he did an amazing job from start to finish. He guided me through the process and answered my many questions! I would highly recommend them. Ask for Dakota for the best service!

Josh and Tony were amazing today! My basement flooded last night due to a failed sump pump. These guys came out today as promised and worked their butts off! They were friendly , professional and explained the whole process to me. Hopefully my insurance will cover the cost of their work and the replacement of any damage which thanks to them will be minimal! Probably the carpet pad and the baseboard’s! Would definitely recommend these guys.
