First off they don't tell you your water bill will increase by $100 a month since the system regenerates every 1500 gallons or every 2 days with over 30 minutes of water waste to clean the system; then they don't tell you that the system needs to be maintained every year with a maintenance fee of $375... when you call to set up an appointment they tell you they don't have the filters in stock and they don't call you back with a follow up...
