Buying at hudson & crane was great. They have plenty of really nice furniture, and plenty of options for fabrics, sizes, you can go nuts there. The staff is always extremely nice and they provide great support for you to choose and customize your furniture. But, we purchased a sofa from them back in January, and were promised that we would have a couch in 6-8 weeks. That hasn't happened and they don't have a thorough follow up. After my friend with the last name, Hudson, got engaged to to her boyfriend with the last name, Crane, (crazy coincidence right?!) I love this place but want to clarify it isn't really a store. It's a design studio, meaning you can hire their interior designers for projects such as redoing your living room, etc. They do sell some items at this location, and it's nice to just look around, but it's really focused on the design studio aspect of it. The person there running it was very friendly in letting me look around and explaining the concept. I love their style and would totally hire them if I could afford it!
