The chimney techs were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly during the inspection. They looked over the flue carefully, pointed out the gaps and cracks in the flue tiles, and helped me understand the safest next steps for the chimney. Even though they were not able to complete that particular repair during the visit, I appreciated their honesty, professional sweep service, and the detailed information they gave me about the chimney issue.
