Called to inquire about an estimate. Was told to send text message of date and time discussed along with my address for free in-person estimate consultation. Received text acknowledging the request. Day and time came. I sent a message inquiring if they were no longer available. My message was read and received no response; just left on "Read". Very disappointed.
