We paid 145.00 for service on ceiling fans, the service man came out and said the could not be repaired and needed replaced. Our home warranty said that Horton needed to send them a statement saying that and they will pay back our service fee and send us money to replace ceiling fans. I called over and over, day after day for over a month! I even asked them to send to me.
