Chris Gonzalez was an excellent technician. Diagnosis of problem was perfect, and fixed it to eliminate heater problems. Pleasant personality and great knowledge of heater issues. A real plus to your company. Happy customer.
Will was my Tech in West Berlin. He was very courteous and although my unit isn't fixed yet, I believe he did everything he possibly could to repair. I am waiting for further work today but I would definitely give Will 5 stars.
Had an issue with our ac and Peter came out and fixed the issue within an hour! Very professional and prompt with good communication, even called when he said he was on his way. Would recommend
