The company that installed my unit was bought out by Horizon. Paid over $2000 for a part that was still under warranty. Also, now instead of yearly servicing I have to pay for serviving twice a year. First tech told me I need to change my filter once a month for every person or animal in my home (so every 4 days?). I change it every 30 days. Another tech told me 30 days was too often and I can go 60. I went 60 then got charged an $89 service fee when it froze up because the filter was clogged. E
