Fence looks good, however, boards over the steel posts are not secured correctly and are falling off. There are exposed screws sticking out in some places over an inch. The post holding the gate was not set correctly and is leaning. I've reached out to the company 3 times via phone and email and have not received responses. My understanding is the fences have a 5 year warranty, but I can't even get them to respond to emails. Edit: I see your reply, how about start by honoring your warranty and
