When one of the items was not available, he substituted, at a higher cost to him, to be sure I was set up before Easter. Wow. Al and his crew from Hometheaterman just installed an amazing home theater in my basement. The system is fantastic and so was working with Al. He helped design a system perfect for our space, was knowledgeable and easygoing (not pushy), and did excellent work with the installation.
