I would not recommend this company for any home inspections needed. They inspected a home we're selling and wrote a 70 page inspection bringing a 37 year old home up to current code. Older homes are grandfathered when it comes to code. The inspection was very contradicting saying a 5 year old roof needed repaired for a couple minor damage on shingles.
