Very helpful, nice people. The website said open so I went to the office. Totally covid compliant, they let me leave my return at the door. Over the phone, I bought a proper replacement and the kind woman up front brought it out for me. I'll avoid Amazon in the future for this kind of purchase. It was well worth the few minutes extra to get the correct equipment and not deal with more postal return bs. Thank you ❤️😊
