They seem friendly when you walk in the door even give ya cookie and a coffee...Don't let them fool you. Their attitude changes really quick when you need a refund. I purchase thousands of dollars worth of tools and supplies every year from this place. This particular purchase five piece drill bit set, around 100 bucks.
