Had a new patio and deck built on our patio. The deck stain is peeling after two month and the first rain storm has leaks everywhere! I contacted them several times, the first time they said they would send someone out to fix it. Three months later still no fix and no response despite several text messages and voicemails to the owner.

Todd the designer came out twice for free to iterate several different ideas. He was very helpful when we needed inspiration, but also very flexible when we changed our minds and we ended up with exactly the right solution for a fairly complex project. It was a cedar deck with an arbor, built in bench seating, planter boxes, a step up section and a privacy screen and they pulled it off beautifully.

I’m loving my new backyard deck from Hoff Haus. It came out better than I expected. Todd from Hoff Haus was very helpful. Answer our questions and explained the process. They also delivered ahead of scheduled. I highly recommend them.
