Sadly this woman has zero customer service skills. Always cancellng and rescheduling, then canceling again. I recommended her to my daughter and her boyfriend and he graciously offered to pay for my home to be cleaned prior to a major surgery I am having. After 5 cancellations and reschedules I said enough is enough. If you have personal issues then take a leave of absence instead of taking clients money in advance and never showing up.
