I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Hillside Fireplace & Stone in Mount Washington was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. We hired them to repair stone along the bottom of our home where stones were cracking and falling off. We specifically contacted Dale because this company had been involved in both our original home construction and a later addition completed in 2020. We love our fireplace and bar. We had some cheap Home Depot stone and some fell off damaging the floor. Dale’s team removed all of the old stone and installed what you see in the pictures. They went above and beyond making sure we were liking the stone as they were installing it. Changing individual stones if too many light color were next to each other for example. Even made a change to the grout color for us. Thanks you!

I contacted Dale, the owner, in early January to have my 77 year old mother's fireplace looked at. The worker came and after trouble shooting a number of options said we needed to order two parts to repair.
