I'd give this place a negative 10. I've tried to call over 10 times, left several messages, and no call back. I'm currently on hold for the 11th call bring told I'm #1 in the queue, and no one is answering. If you need a propane contract, don't even bother calling them. You won't get a person. If their tank didn't come with the house I bought, I wouldn't be bothering with them.

i posted my original 1 star review 6 months ago and wish the system would allow me another, I ordered propane because its getting cold and i am currently without. Two years ago they were the easiest and simplest company to deal with in the area but both of my last fills have been nightmarish experiences. This most recent time i was required to pay for a leak check as i was at 0% propane, which is understandable. What isn't understandable is that the leak check wasn't even done with the delivery.
