This is actually a drive-thru key shop, which I didn’t realize at first when I walked up. Once I figured it out, everything made more sense—they mainly help customers from their vehicles. While I was there, I saw them help someone with a car key fob replacement and programming. They were able to go out to their service truck, grab the programming equipment, and get the key working on the spot before the customer left. That alone is really convenient.
