After a windy night, part of my roof edge looked slightly lifted and I got worried about hidden damage. They came out quickly, secured the area first, then inspected the full roof instead of only the visible spot. I appreciated that extra caution. They found a few loose nails around the ridge and fixed them on the same visit. Scheduling was a bit tight so I had to wait a few hours for confirmation, but once they arrived, everything was handled smoothly and the roof feels stable again.
