Unprofessional and rude

****Updated my review Set up appointment with Jeremy to fix my interior kitchen ceiling and assistant called and said day is not confirmed untill 5pm the day prior to schedule. Company policy is paid in full up front but cannot guarantee their scheduled time. I was issued a refund but Jeremy did not communicate that he ever sent a refund, so I was unaware it was sent. Then the owner texts me instead of calling. He should talk to me personally over the phone about what occurred with my refund and

Terrible experience. I do not recommend this company. I filed a claim for damage to my roof, and they completely ignored it. They have no communication with the customer. The manager, Jeremy Loya, is even worse. I called him to ask about the status of my claim, and he gave me nothing but excuses. He lied, saying he had already sent photos of my claim to the adjuster. Since he had no further communication with me, I called the adjuster, and he told me he hadn't received anything. The worst compan
