I usually don't write negative reviews. If there's a problem, I try to work directly with the vendor to fix it. But that hasn't worked with Klacson, so I'm following up on a 5-star review I wrote 2 years ago under my nickname, Larry. Several weeks after the stucco repair job was finished, a rainstorm showed that the stucco chimney wasn't properly repaired and water was leaking badly into the attic. Hergon Design was fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them. We needed to have our whole house restuccoed, but our situation was a little complicated because the existing stucco already sat flush with the windows. We didn't want to take off all the stucco because that was too expensive, but we also didn't want the windows to look recessed. I had 2 companies come out to give a bid. Each of them proposed the same approach, but it just didn't feel like the right thing to do for our old house

The Hergon Design team is the best stucco/EFIS company! They show up on time, work hard and pay close attention to details to do the job correctly! Klacson is super knowledgeable and has many years of experience to oversee that the job is being done right! I have done 2 stucco projects with Hergon Design so far and look forward doing more jobs in the future! They do beautiful work!
