Did not get a call back!

I was given a verbal commitment and was told that I would be given a bid for my project. I was also told that I was “next up” and can expect the work to begin at the end of October. After he left from my project I never heard back. I made repeated attempts to let him know that I needed to be informed if those verbal commitments still held as I am trying to make plans for work in bringing the entire project to completion. The “ghosting” set me back on the project and was entirely unprofessional.

Brads work is exceptional. He helped us out when we needed a quick turn around time and he delivered great work. Friendly service, great pricing and completed the job in the time frame asked of him. I highly recommend.
