This company is small but mighty. They absolutely a professional in every sense of the word, thorough efficient, and just plain nice people. I had Lance this time And he could just not have been nicer or more helpful. He took care of a couple of difficulties on him wool rug that no one else was able to do. I really recommend them highly and would not use anyone else now- Thank you, Kevin
