We are ultimately VERY satisfied with owner Mario and Heaven's Best. Would definitely hire his company again! Furniture and rug look and feel clean and new. And working with Mario was a pleasure. He is organized, communicative, and. proficient at his job. Only caveat is it took longer for our couch to dry then advised. But it was worth it.
