This company is the absolute worst. Our power went out and the security alarm in our house wouldn’t stop going off at 4am (for no reason at all) and we have 3 young kids. We called the help line and no one could turn off the alarm that was blaring in our house. Once a week for the last few months our alarm has been going off at 4am or 5am for a whole minute (just long enough to wake up the kids, again for no reason at all) and then stopping on its own.
