Have to leave this even though we are mid-work with Haven pools. Shout out and kudos to Matt the manager and emily from service/maintenance. Their response time and communication skills are phenomenal! The whole company is so methodical and diligent in providing excellent customer support and service. We had a hiccup (our fault) and Matt and Emily were so quick to take care of it. Every dollar spent with them has been worth it. Thank you Haven Pools! Other companies should follow their model

I was a new customer at Haven Pools last year after moving to Long Island and they were excellent! Very responsive to any concerns, and kept the pool in great condition for the season. I highly recommend them!

New to owning a pool and moved in to the area and a large Gunnite pool. Haven were so responsive to our constant questions and really helped us understand the process. Someone always showed up on schedule and kept our pool spotless. I have such sensitive skin and to feel this comfortable swimming has been a game changer !
