I gave 1 star because the guys moving us were polite and the initial call for a quote from a military friendly company was fabulous. 2 men 3 hours at $119 per hour for a 2 bedroom condo, no appliances. This price MAY have included the military discount they stated they honored. We hired Harmony moving to move pre-packed boxes and no appliances from a small apartment in October. We were quoted 3 hours labor at an approximate cost of $457.00. I'm retired military and 100% disabled so we wanted to save money and use a local moving company that is owned by veterans. At the end of the day they spent nine hours time and charged us for 12 hours labor at a cost of $1,400.00. We tried to communicate with them via phone and email and our communication attempts went unanswered
