The survey did not list septic tank pump out. I have to wonder why would you not list one of the main services that the company provides? Daron arrived as scheduled he was professional and he accomplished what he came to do efficiently and without any problems. However, when I set up the appointment I was told that the technician would inspect the tank and connections. that was not completed because the technician did not have a camera to accomplish that service which is why I listed the service

We had an issue that came up quickly and Hapchuk was able to come out to pump our septic the same day. They text with an approximate arrival time. Daron Whitaker was professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. He noted what to do and not to do to maintain our septic system. We would recommend Hapchuk.
