They came out to give an estimate which was great. I emailed Pat a day or two after our appt to see if they did payment plans and never heard back. After a week of not hearing back and our water softener being broken 3+ weeks, we ended up just installing one ourselves and saved $1,000.

They genuinely care about the customer and provide education along with great service. I would never call anyone else. Shelly was especially helpful!
