Stay clear of Hammell homes. 85% of what they did needs to be ripped out. Their saw blades are blunt so trim wood is chipped and rough. Mitered edges don't meet and are filled with caulk. Doors that are hung are done badly and notching of latch plates done so badly the jams need to be replaced. One door is damaged so much it also needs to be replaced. Our brand new kitchen cabinets are scratched and have drill holes and split wood where they try to attach doors and to the wall. Painting was don'
