Not impressed by their service or prices. When I walked in, I found myself in a room with 2 men sitting down snacking and watching TV on the outdoor furniture for sale. They didn't seem to notice me. Wandered around the store looking for fireplace parts and while some of the items inside are impressive, their prices do not justify purchasing. Also watch the floor in places as it doesn't feel stable.

Our pilot blew out on our ventless fireplace. We called around to see if we could get a technician to get our fireplace. The Hamilton fireplace shop on Summer ave recommended Brandon Morton. I called left a message he returned my call and asked a few questions and said he could work us in his scedule. He came to our home a few hours later and he did fix our fireplace.
