I give 5 stars to Hale’s for caring of making the customer satisfied. I have particularly appreciated Felipe who listened and even in delicate circumstance managed well and finally did it to the fair interests of myself and I believe of Hale’s Roofing.

We had a very unusual water leak from our roofing system; it ultimately turned out to be a fractured PVC pipe for our roof drain. It was very difficult to diagnose, but Diego found the problem! Five stars!
