When we first met with Mr Z at the job site, he told us how and when he could help us and followed up the next day with a professionally prepared Scope of Work. This document was used to get a permit from the city. He went to the city planning meeting and got the city permit for us. 2 days later the job was finished (two houses....Demo and Haul off) and the lots are ready for sale.
