GY Construction put a new roof replacing a 20 + year roof. Upon removing the old shingles it was apparent that some plywood would also need to be replaced. It turned out that ALL the plywood needed to go , it no longer met county code. Luis and his team did a GREAT JOB in removing all the old plywood. The new roof is fantastic.
