Colin, the owner, went above and beyond today. This is a holiday weekend. We had an issue with a gutter, caused by some roofers. Colin came out today and fixed it. A + for customer service.

Asked for a quote for a gutter repair and got a sales guy who gave a one hour sales pitch for their 5k gutter system, and didn't address any of the actual concerns we called them for. Even though he did an in-person inspection, he somehow missed the giant hole under that gutter that a raccoon made. We went with a different company that noticed and addressed that from a single picture and didn't try to sell us anything. Management did try to rectify the unsatisfactory experience after I posted th
