They didn't install the gutters properly. When it rains I have a waterfall from the end where no downspout. I don't know how many times I called their customer service. They took my messages but did nothing. Finally, I said I would have someone fix it and send them a bill. They said the Dallas office had been temporarily closed and there's no company I could send the bill. It was supposed to be a lifetime warranty... :(
