I have had a gutter helmet for 20 years. It has worked as advertised. This spring, the gutter on the northeast corner of my house, 3 stories high started leaking. Zachary came out 2 days after I called. He climbed up to the roof and found a wasp nest in the gutter. He had to kill the wasps and then extracted the nest. No charge. Problem solved. Wow! These guys are great.
